Shipping policy

We currently offer to ship to the United States only. We hope in the near future to provide the world with our product and services. What is free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $69+ USD- USPS Ground. There may be promotions or special circumstances. Please reach out if you have any questions.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped using USPS Ground. Certain notifications may apply due to weight and other considerations. We will reach out to the customer before proceeding with the fulfillment of the order.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently only ship to the United States of America. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Please consider seasonal challenges that are out of our control.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Packages sent via USPS Ground come with tracking. If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment." 

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is no information or the package has not been received, please contact us. 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
