How to Use the Kit
For comp-safe, non-tacky grip:
- Start with clean, dry hands.
- Apply Comp Safe Chalk in a thin layer.
- Rub evenly and allow to set for 30–40 seconds.
- Reapply lightly as needed.
For sweaty hands:
- Apply X-Dry or X-Dry Alcohol-Free first.
- Let fully dry.
- Apply Standard, Tacky-Cold, or Hot based on conditions.
For cold or dry hands:
Use Tacky-Cold in a thin layer after hands are clean and dry.
For normal conditions:
Use Griptan Standard as your go-to grip layer.
For heat and humidity:
Use X-Dry first, then apply Griptan Hot once the base layer is dry.

Safety & Rules
For external use on hands only. Avoid eyes, mouth, open cuts, and irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Allow product to dry before contact with equipment. Follow all gym, venue, federation, promoter, and event rules before use. Some events may restrict tacky grip products. When rules are unclear, use Comp Safe Chalk or confirm with the event organizer before applying. Keep away from flames.
