How to Use
- Start with clean, dry hands.
- Apply a thin layer of Comp Safe Chalk to palms and fingertips 1-3 pumps.
- Rub evenly until the product forms a light, dry film.
- Let it set for 30–40 seconds before gripping the equipment.
- Reapply lightly as needed.
A little goes a long way. Use a thin layer for the cleanest grip and lowest transfer.

Discipline Notes
CrossFit: Use for rigs, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and chalk-restricted training spaces. For rope climbs, testing showed this product may need reapplication or may not hold as strongly as tackier formulas.
Strongman: Use for axle bars, farmer handles, frame carries, and metal implements when you need a clean grip without heavy transfer.
Heavy Athletics: Use where approved for a dry, controlled hand feel on stones, weights, and handles. Always confirm event rules with the athletic director or organizer.
Safety
For external use on hands only. Avoid eyes, mouth, open cuts, and irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Allow product to fully dry before contact with equipment. Follow all gym, venue, and event rules before use. Wipe equipment after use when appropriate. Flammable, keep away from fire.
